The Jardines de la Reina (Gardens of the Queens) is located on the southern coast of Cuba, just a six-hour boat ride from the mainland. It is one of the most outstanding diving sites in the world, where stunning marine life, numerous shark species, and pristine coral reefs await adventurous divers. The area is protected as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and fishing is prohibited, allowing you to enjoy the wonders of nature in complete peace. Diving here is a unique experience for divers, where you can come into direct contact with sea bass and sharks.

Program
Day 1-2: Explore Havana!
Havana, the heart of Cuba, awaits you with a rich history and vibrant culture. To explore the city, we will visit Revolution Square, Villa District, and the famous Malecon promenade. In the World Heritage Old Havana (Habana Vieja), we can see iconic sights such as Cathedral Square, Capitolio, and several charming plazas such as Plaza de Armas or Plaza San Francisco de Asís.
As an optional program, there is the opportunity to tour the city in classic American cars, which offers a real time travel. In the evening, we will have unforgettable experiences in the atmosphere of the Salsa dance show and Cuban concerts, and in the meantime, we will visit the legendary El Floridita bar, where Ernest Hemingway often visited, and where we can taste the most delicious Daiquiri cocktail.
Day 3: Cruise to the Garden of the Kings
After breakfast, we will take a bus transfer to the port of Jucaro, from where we will board a boat to reach the magical area of Jardines de la Reina.
Days 4-9: Diving in the heart of nature
Over the next few days, we will dive in the Jardines de la Reina National Park, where we will discover unique underwater landscapes: canyons, cliffs, caves and colorful coral reefs. We will experience the true magic of diving in areas covered with mangrove forests and sponges. The area is famous for its Caribbean sharks and reef sharks, with which we can come into direct contact. Jardines de la Reina is Cuba’s most valuable marine reserve, where nature and marine life exist in complete harmony.
Day 10: Return to Havana and departure home
After the diving program, we will return to Havana to head home to Budapest, full of new experiences and unforgettable adventures.
